About Eric
Eric Heinzman is a web design and technical writing consultant in Charlotte, NC. He uses his hybrid skillset to make online content easier to use and understand. He has worked with large corporate clients including Wells Fargo, Wachovia, and R.J. Reynolds, as well as local businesses and non-profits.
Eric is also an accomplished musician, and a devout fan of the Detroit Red Wings. He tries not to take it too personally when the Wings aren't living up to his lofty expectations.
